RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be taken and held with a credit card or prepaid
with cash or a check at the time of reservation.

CONFIRMATIONS
We will attempt to confirm all reservations unless asked not
to do so. We will assume the information in the confirmation
is correct unless you contact us to make a change. Please
read your confirmation. No one is perfect, especially me.
But if you don't correct a mistake in your confirmation, we
have to assume the information is accurate. This could mean
you get here and have no room or get charged for a night when
you weren't even here. We are really nice people, but we're
still running a business and this is our livelihood.
CANCELLATIONS
CANCELLATIONS made 1 week in advance or more, will be charged
a $20 per night cancellation fee.
If a cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance and
the room can be re-booked, only the cancellation fee will apply.
Otherwise you will be charged the full amount of the reservation
and issued a gift certificate in that amount ( minus the cancellation
fee) with some restrictions on it's use.
Corporate accounts may buy special advance arrangement not
be subject to this charge.
